Shipping and returns

SHIPPING offers two shipping options: Express Shipping or Standard Shipping. Please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Every Custom order is hand-built and hand painted to your specifications. Please allow up to 2 or 3 weeks prior to shipping.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email specifying what carrier was used along with the corresponding tracking number. Please note that items in your order may ship from multiple locations and can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.


Standard Shipping for Eyewear and Apparel/Equipment: 3/6 business days

Oakley Custom Program : the delay delivery is around 6/8 business days

For the Oakley sunglasses paint job, the delay depends of the artwork, usually between 2 and 3 weeks.


Please aknowledge Orders shipped to Norway and Switzerland take usually up to 2/4 days. As Switzerland and Norway are outside of the EU there may be a small delay due to customs import before your return is processed by our central facility in Spain. Please do NOT send returns to the Switzerland or Norwegian addresses unless you are a resident of that country or it will be returned at your expense.

Customs Duties (Non EU)

Within the European Union (EU), there are no customs duties to be paid and goods are inclusive of VAT for the EU Members s(except in case of VAT-exempt invoices issued for VAT-registered businesses). For non-EU countries (and other places such as the Canary Islands) goods are exclusive of VAT and may be subject to Customs Duties or Import Taxes of the country of destination. It is not possible to provide a different quote for Custom Duties asked for, these must be entirely covered and paid for by the customer. For more information, please get in touch with the Customs offices of your country. It can happen that customs stops the shipment for a control (for example due to lack of the recipient's requirements) and, in some countries, requires an appointment of intermediaries / brokers, additional costs are charged on behalf of the customer. Outdoorevasion provides all the necessary documentation for customs clearance and if they required any additional documents they will be sent from our customer service.

Outdoorevasion does not have control over these procedures and can not make an estimated sum for customs / import duties and tax-burden. For no reason would reimburse these expenses. In the event that customs clearance is not successful, customs will withhold the products or return the shipment with a charge of additional shipping costs for the return plus customs fees, these duties will be deducted from the customer.


Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with an Oakley product you bought in the last 30 days from Once we receive your product, we will provide you with full credit within 1–6 business days.

Product should be returned with the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that was included with the product.
