Shipping Policy
We ship across Spain, France, and the European Union within 3 to 7 business days.
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

We use reliable carriers for safe and timely delivery.
🟢 Free shipping available via Mondial Relay or InPost to select EU countries:
France, Belgium, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Mallorca, Luxembourg and Italy.
📦 Home delivery or express options are available at additional cost depending on the destination and service.
🌍 For non-EU deliveries, customs duties or taxes may apply.
Outdoor Evasion is not responsible for these additional charges. As Outdoor Evasion is a Spanish based company, you may be subject to transactional fees. Please contact your bank for more detailed information.
All orders are dispatched out of Madrid, Spain.
Customers within the European Union will not be charged any additional duties upon receiving your order. International orders (outside of the EU) will have local duties or taxes. When in doubt check with your local customs office for current rates.
Please be informed that if a client refuses to accept a package due to local import fees or taxes, the package is automatically destroyed by the carrier. When this occurs, we reserve the right to refuse the order cancellation and refund.
Outdoor Evasion will dispatch orders on business days. Business days are Monday to Friday. Please keep this in mind when placing orders on Saturday or Sunday.
Custom Products
🕓 Oakley Custom products: add 3 to 5 business days to standard delivery time, as these are shipped directly by Oakley.
🎨 Products custom-painted by Outdoor Evasion: allow 10 to 15 business days, depending on the airbrush artist’s waiting list.
