2. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability. Descriptions and images are provided by Oakley. We reserve the right to modify products or prices at any time.

3. ORDERS

Orders are made exclusively through our website. By confirming your order, you accept a purchase offer subject to validation by Outdoor Evasion. We reserve the right to refuse orders due to stock errors, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

  • Prices apply to the entire European Union, including taxes depending on the destination country.

  • Shipping costs are calculated before payment.

Payments are securely processed through certified gateways.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

  • Deliveries in Spain, France, and the rest of Europe within 3 to 7 business days.

  • International shipments outside the EU: orders may be subject to customs control.

  • Outdoor Evasion is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged by the destination country.

  • Tracking number provided upon shipment.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from receipt.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • The customer bears the return shipping costs, except in case of delivery error.

  • Refund will be made within 14 days after receiving the returned product.

7. LEGAL WARRANTY

All products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty according to European regulations.
For any defects, please contact info@outdoorevasion.com attaching photos and a description of the problem.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Trademarks, logos, and images (including Oakley’s) are the property of their respective owners. Outdoor Evasion acts as an authorized official distributor.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by the laws in force in Spain and France. In case of dispute, the customer may bring the case before the courts of their habitual residence.
